《澳门皇家app手机版下载2030》: A New 战略计划 to Guide New Trier into the Next Decade and Beyond  

1月. 22, 2019, the New Trier Township High School District 203 教育委员会 adopted a new strategic planning document, 《澳门皇家app手机版下载2030》, that will chart a course for the future of New Trier High School over the next decade and beyond.  

《澳门皇家app手机版下载2030》 is the culmination of a school- and community-wide effort involving 父母, 学生, 教师, 工作人员, 校友, and New Trier Township residents who worked together to identify priorities for the future. 2018年5月开始, a planning committee of 28 members began development of the plan by agreeing on a mission and vision and identifying six frameworks that encompass the work of the District as a whole: Intellectual 订婚, 增长, and Readiness; Student Personal 增长, 订婚, and Well-being; Culture, 气候, and Equity; Leadership Throughout the School; Community 订婚, 合作伙伴关系, and Governance; and Finance, 设施, 及人力资源.  

近5,000名家长, 学生, 工作人员, 校友, and Township residents responded to the District's online 战略计划ning Survey in September 2018 to help identify priorities within each framework. 到了十月, 110名社区领袖, 工作人员, and 学生 from across the Township came together for a Community Focus Group Evening, w在这里 participants spent four hours having in-depth discussions about the frameworks and potential goals for the school. New Trier 工作人员 members shared their feedback during department meetings and a 工作人员 Institute Day in November. 所有 of this input informed the work of six Framework Committees comprised of 90 学生, 父母, 工作人员, and community members who created core values and goals for each framework, reporting back to the Planning Committee.   

The District will measure growth in the framework areas through a planning process that establishes priority goals and strategies each year. The 教育委员会 will review and approve these goals and strategies every spring and publicly evaluate progress toward the goals during regular Board updates on the plan.
